January 20, 2017:  What a difference a week makes.

 

 

 

 

 

We were expecting to see our beautiful La Cantina door installed today but, since it didn't arrive until 1:00 in the afternoon, we will miss it as Brian has to go out of town for a week.  What we found when we opened the door was actually better - sheetrock!  

 

Things are going so fast.  The cabinets were ordered and granite selected.  I decided to use the same granite for everything - it just turned out that way.  It's called Alpine Storm and here is a photo of it. Forgive the glare spots.  Not my fault.

 

 



January 13, 2017:  Insulation is messy and it kind of smells funny.



 

 

 

Couldn't get many photos because they were spraying and apparently its dangerous to get this stuff in your lungs and I'd like to live to see the house completed. :)
