It wasn't what I expected to see weather wise, but the rain held off until just before all the concrete was poured. We could tell it had rained the day before - the air has a certain smell and there was no dust as we drove down the gravel road. I love watching the weather coming in and storm clouds forming over the mountains. There were even a few lighting strikes to the east but I'm not a good enough photographer to capture one.
